USING THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Good day, I hope you are having an awesome day. I want to pick up on the last post and go more into how to use the LOA to get what you want. In my second post I mentioned you have to get into the feeling of having it now. That is the hardest and most important part of the law of attraction. To create what you want you have to start by thinking of what you want. You have to be specific. You have to visualize in the present moment and you have to visualize what you DO WANT.
Let me emphasize that you have to visualize what you want. So if you want to concentrate on getting a cup of coffee for example, you can not have a goal of "I don't want to be thirsty". If you want to be wealthy you can not set a goal and visualization that "I don't want to have debt". Take a look at those 2 statements and see if you can see what you are concentrating on?
You are concentrating on THIRST, and DEBT. The source does not recognize words of negation. If you say "I don't want to be late" you are concentrating on being late. So when you are visualizing a cup of coffee concentrate on how that hot cup of coffee feels in your hand right now. Can you smell it. Can you see the steam coming off the cup? One of the suggestions that is given in The Secret about visualizing is that make it dynamic and full of motions. It is easier to visualize when you have things moving. Do not look at yourself as a third person. See it through your eyes. Look at the back of your hand and imagine it holding the cup of coffee.
You also want to use as many of your senses as you can.
Play with this and let me know what you think, by clicking on the "comment" link bellow and sharing your thoughts
The MIND MOVIE team has a great interview with John Assaraf who explains this beautifully, and I don't get a single cent from recommending them so you know it is good stuff. Take a look.
